In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

By accessing, registering on, or using the otsobet Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with otsobet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and otsobet under Philippine law. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an otsobet Account. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine gaming regulations. otsobet conducts mandatory KYC age verification on all accounts. Any account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license for the Philippine market. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.

3.3 Registration Requirements. To open an Account you must:

• Provide your accurate full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address;
• Create a secure password for your Account;
• Pass KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, or UMID);
• Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and accept these Terms in full.

3.4 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the otsobet Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. otsobet reserves the right to permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

3.5 Accurate Information. You are obliged to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and to update your Account details promptly whenever a change occurs. otsobet may verify your information at any time and may suspend or close your Account if discrepancies are found.

4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your otsobet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must immediately notify otsobet at [email protected] and change your password.

4.2 Account Activity. You must only use your otsobet Account for lawful personal gaming entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. Commercial use, use for business purposes, or use on behalf of any other individual or entity is prohibited.

4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. otsobet reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee of ₱100 per calendar month to dormant accounts after the expiry of the twelve-month inactive period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The total fees charged will not exceed the remaining account balance.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. otsobet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via Cliqq), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion fees are charged by otsobet on PHP transactions.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are communicated within the cashier section of your otsobet Account and may vary by payment method and account verification tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to Account KYC verification being complete. otsobet targets the following processing times: GCash and Maya — 5 to 20 minutes; Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) — within 1 business hour during weekday banking hours. These are target times and are not guaranteed service levels. otsobet accepts no liability for delays attributable to the payment service provider or banking system.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification. otsobet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting documentary evidence of source of funds, consistent with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending the completion of this review. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days will result in the request being cancelled.

5.5 Player Funds Segregation. All player balances held by otsobet are maintained in segregated accounts entirely separate from the operational funds of the business. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected in the event of business insolvency.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by otsobet are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between general and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who make a qualifying first deposit of ₱100 or above are eligible for otsobet's 100% match Welcome Bonus up to a maximum of ₱10,000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of twenty-five times (25×) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The Welcome Bonus must be utilised within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited, after which any unused bonus and derived winnings are forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to Players with fully KYC-verified accounts only, unless otherwise stated. otsobet reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion or to revoke a bonus at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; participating in coordinated wagering strategies with other players to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk; using the same payment method across multiple accounts; systematically placing low-risk, hedging, or offset bets to satisfy wagering requirements. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, derived winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.

6.5 No Bonus Play. Players who wish to deposit and play without a bonus may opt out of promotional offers within the cashier or account settings section. Once opted in, bonuses cannot be removed mid-wagering cycle.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game category available on the otsobet Platform — including but not limited to Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, Fishing Games, and Sports Betting — is governed by the specific rules displayed within that game or game section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet or stake limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by otsobet at any time. Bets placed in excess of stated maximum limits may be voided.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or connectivity failure that interrupts a gaming session, otsobet will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs to ensure fair resolution. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be refunded. otsobet accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions attributable to the Player's device or internet connection.

7.4 Obvious Errors in Odds or Payouts. Where a game, bet, or odds are offered due to an obvious error in pricing, display, or software configuration, otsobet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. Players may not rely on an obvious error as the basis for a withdrawal claim.

7.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the otsobet Platform are settled according to the official results of the relevant governing body of the sport. In-play bets are subject to the live betting rules communicated at the time of placement. otsobet reserves the right to suspend live betting markets without notice and is not liable for bets placed after a result is known but before markets are settled or suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the otsobet Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC):

• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets without genuine manual input;
• Collusion with other players, including through shared betting accounts or coordinated wagering strategies;
• Match-fixing, result manipulation, or the use of insider information in sports betting;
• Use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent access restrictions;
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one Account;
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering in violation of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits after gaming activity has occurred;
• Systematic exploitation of software errors, bugs, or misconfigured odds for profit;
• Any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the Platform, its servers, or other players' gaming experience.

All content on the otsobet Platform — including but not limited to the otsobet brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of otsobet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of otsobet.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, otsobet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 otsobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if otsobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 otsobet does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by otsobet's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

otsobet is committed to promoting responsible gaming as both a regulatory obligation under its PAGCOR license and as a genuine duty of care to its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable within your Account settings. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Loss Limits: A maximum loss threshold per gaming session, after which the Platform will automatically close your active game sessions.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications at defined session duration intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying elapsed session time and net session result.

12.1 Suspension by otsobet. otsobet may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) otsobet is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; (c) otsobet reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; or (d) otsobet determines that continued access poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. otsobet will conduct a review of your Account balance and, provided no fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, will return your remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to you via a payment method registered on your Account.

12.3 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to the withdrawal verification requirements set out in Section 5.

12.4 Forfeiture. Where an Account is terminated due to confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, or a serious breach of these Terms, otsobet reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including real-money funds, and to seek recovery of any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits previously utilised by the Player.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and otsobet arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through otsobet's internal dispute resolution process. Players may initiate a formal complaint by submitting details to [email protected]. otsobet will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and issue a formal response within 15 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its regulatory complaint mechanism. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction is binding on otsobet as a licensed operator. For matters outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

otsobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address registered on their Account no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, or such shorter period as may be required by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law.

The amended Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

otsobet recommends that Players review these Terms periodically. The current effective version is always accessible at otsobet.lat/terms-conditions.
